Our Experience Spans the Government and Multilateral Sectors:

The principals of the company have, over the last two decades, set the standard for the development, implementation and evaluation of a significant number of high profile global social and environmental CSR initiatives.

Among the initiatives engaged upon by Oxford index and its principals are:

UK Government – National Audit Office

We have recently completed a commission on behalf of the UK National Audit Office to assess the effectiveness of the Sites of Special Scientific Interest system approach to protecting England’s biodiversity.

The United Nations (UNDP) - Partnerships for Sustainable Development in Papua

On behalf of UNDP, Oxford index provided the National Project Management team and International CSR Advisory services to broker and develop cross-sector partnerships between the Indonesian National and Local Governments, BP, IFC and partners in Irian Jaya Barat.

The World Bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC)

We are involved in the scoping of an industry sector initiative on behalf of the Department of Mines and Energy and the World Bank to address mining-environment conflicts in Indonesia; authorship of International Finance Corporation guidance for private sector environmental advice; evaluating risk assessment processes for International Finance Corporation (IFC); the creation of a World Bank Medium-Sized Grant Elephant Conservation Landscape Initiative for northern Sumatra, Indonesia.
